Hilton Garden Inn Southern Pines Pinehurst

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very convenient to shopping and dining locations. The staff was very courteous and helped us with anything we might need. We left an electric toothbrush and before we could get home they called to let us know and agreed to send it to us. That is awesome customer service. We recommend you stay here when in the Pinehurst area.

Nice rooms, clean hotel all throughout. Breakfast is not Incl, but $10 is actually not a bad price for a buffet.

Very clean & very friendly staff. Nice location off the hustle and bustle near enough stuff. My family will stay here when in town never had a issue. Would recommend price seems fair and reasonable.

I’ve stayed at 15 different hotels or more this year alone; 7 happen to be Hilton properties and this one BY FAR has been exceedingly , outstandingly the BEST stay! The staff was amazing, from the housekeepers wanting to go above and beyond to the front desk receptionist, I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Chuck at the front desk was my family’s favorite! We bragged on him our whole 9 hour drive home. Super friendly, outgoing, and just an all around awesome person. He went above and beyond our expectations ensuring we were pleased with our stay, that we had the proper necessities in our room, and that we overall comfortable in our room. Absolutely the best man and receptionist I think we’ve encountered and we travel ALOT! We usually stay in Rockingham but from here on out we’re definitely staying in Aberdeen! Thank you for your exceptional service this past weekend!

The staff here are amazing. The hotel is VERY clean. Wonderful experience. The only downside is the barn door on the bathroom that so many hotels are going with now, and the non-existent water pressure in the shower. Everything else was top notch! There is a hotel being built directly behind this one so if you plan to sleep in or sleep during the day try and book a room on the front side of the hotel for the next few months.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I have some pros and minor cons, that in my opinion don’t really warrant deducting stars but is worth noting Pros: great room size, great rooms! The hotel is very well insulated. I couldn’t really hear anything outside my room nor the massive thunderstorms that happened both nights I was there. Very nice spacious lobby, excellent front desk staff, and attendant to the needs. I love the access to a restaurant downstairs, a bar for some drinks, and a snack/ food station. The hotel is also pet friendly for a very reasonable fee and there’s ample space to walk the dogs (safely) and places for them to use the restroom. The only cons I have are that breakfast is not included. Other Hilton hotels include breakfast in the stay (like embassy suites). I would expect for the price of the room that breakfast be included… it wasn’t, but it was an excellent selection for the price. Overall would stay here again

I spent 6.5 weeks living in this hotel. The staff was amazing. HUGE shout out to Chuck, Singe, Rose, and Tara. They were so helpful in recommending places, switching rooms when I needed, keeping the place clean, or just lending a friendly ear. Everything was always clean. Pool was beautiful. Couldn't ask for better staff. The location of this hotel is optional. There's everything you could want, literally within 4 blocks. Food, shopping, and medical. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely like to go back. I'll miss my new friends.
